Painting has been a lifelong love for me. It is a spiritual practice, a way to connect with a deep joy inside me. When painting, I feel that I can connect to my subject matter in a conversational and relational way. This reflective process is one that gives me energy and hope. 

 

Much of my painting has focused on my travels throughout Canada, Thailand, Honduras, and Israel/Palestine. Most of my paintings have fallen in the categories of portrait, landscape, and iconography. I am constantly looking for new challenges and subject matters that stretch my abilities and limits.

I hope that my work can be a source of joy, hope, and reflection for others.
